فصل من جرائم البعث الصدامي الشوفيني
 فَلَا تَعْجَلْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ إِنَّمَا نَعُدُّ لَهُمْ عَدًّا (84) (مريم)

يستذكر العراقيون الشرفاء هذه الأيام تلك الحملات الهستيرية الهمجية التي قام بها أزلام النظام الصدامي الفاشي ضد شريحة طيبة أصيلة مسالمة من الشعب العراقي هي شريحة الكورد الفيليين. هذه الشريحة الطيبة المسالمة التي عرفت على مر تأريخها الناصع المشرف بولائها المطلق للعراق ، وحبها وتفانيها وتضحياتها الجسام في الدفاع عن تربته الطاهرة رغم كل عمليات القهر والإستبداد والتعسف التي تعرضت لها منذ الإحتلال البريطاني للعراق عام 1921م وليومنا هذا. ويشهد الطابق الثالث من مديرية الجنسية العامة أبشع أنواع الإبتزاز والتمييز العنصري البغيض من أشخاص لايقيمون وزنا للكرامة الإنسانية. حيث يجد المواطن العراقي لوحة كتب عليها:

(قسم الأجانب) ولا أدري بأي عرف وبأية شريعة يصبح الإنسان أجنبيا ولم يعرف أجداده لمئات السنين غير العراق وطنا .؟

لقد قام ذلك النظام الفاشي المقبور وأزلامه المجرمين القتلة بتهجير مئات العوائل العراقية بأطفالها وشيوخها وجردوهم من كل متاع حصلوا عليه بعرق جباههم طيلة أعوام طويلة، وصودرت منهم مستمسكاتهم العراقية وتم رميها على الحدود بين التلال وفي الوهاد لتصل منهكة جائعة وهي بين الحياة والموت بعد مسيرة ساعات طويلة على الأقدام لتصل بعدها إلى مخيمات مهترئة أعدتها لهم إيران. وقد مات العشرات من الشيوخ والأطفال في الطريق. لقد تم ذلك في ظروف الحرب وفي حالةغياب المنظمات الدولية وعلى رأسها منظمة هيومن رايس ووتش التي تقيم الدنيا ولا تقعدها لآختفاء جندي صهيوني أوإعدام مجرم داعشي ذبح عشرات الضحايا .

لم ترتكب تلك العوائل ذنبا يذكر.وكان ذنبها الوحيد إنها كردية الأصل اولا وتعتنق المذهب الشيعي ثانيا. وهي من الجرائم التي يعاقب عليها القانون الصدامي الذي كان أبشع من شريعة الغاب . فتم تسفيرها إلى إيران في أشد الظروف الطبيعية قسوة بعد أن هجمت عصابات الأمن الصدامي على بيوتها وروعتها بعد منتصف الليل كما تهجم الضباع المتوحشة. ولم تمهلها سوى دقائق ولم يرحموا طفلا ولا امرأة حامل ولا شيخا طاعنا في السن وانتزعوهم من ديارهم عنوة، وزجوا بهم في شاحنات مكشوفة أعدت لهذا الغرض، وفي درجات حرارة متدنية، وبإشراف جلاوزة عتاة قساة تجاوزوا في قسوتهم على جنود الكيان الصهيوني . كل ذلك حدث بأمر مباشر من الطاغية صدام.

لقد بدأت تلك الحملات التهجيرية الظالمة ابتداء من أوائل نيسان عام 1970م واستمرت حتى عام 1979م حيث بلغت ذروتها في ذلك نهاية ذلك العام وبداية عام 1980م وتسببت بقلع أكثر من نصف مليون كوردي فيلي من جذورهم العراقية العريقة منذ الاف السنين . وكان تفجير الجامعة المستنصرية وإتهام الشهيد الضحية (سمير غلام) بمحاولة إغتيال طارق عزيزهي الحجة التي فبركها النظام للقيام بتلك الحملة الهمجية. حيث خرج بعدها الطاغية صدام عبر شاشة التلفزيون ليهدد ويتوعد ويقول: (والله والله والله .. وبحق كل ذرة في تراب الرافدين إن الدماء التي سالت في المستنصرية لن تذهب سدى.)

وخلال ساعات قامت عصابات الأمن الصدامي بمحاصرة دار الحاج نورعلي والد الشهيد ،واعتقلت جميع افراد عائلته ، وصادرت اموالهم المنقولة وغير المنقولة ثم تم إعدام جميع أفراد العائله وعددهم 15 فردا ومن ضمنهم الطفلان الشهيدان وسام وامير حيث كان الاول بعمر ثمانية أعوام والاخر بعمرعشرة أعوام .

هذا مادونه الكاتب (عبدالاميرحسين ملكي) في كتابه (الأيام العصيبة.) وأكده المجرم المقبور فاضل البراك مدير الأمن العام في زمن التهجير ورئيس جهاز المخابرات العامة فيما بعد والذي أعدمه النظام . بكتابه الموسوم :

{المدارس اليهودية والإيرانية في العراق}.

وقد نقل سعد البزاز في كتابه (الجنرالات أخر من يعلم) قول صدام في السبعينات عندما كان نائباً لمجلس قيادة الثوره:

(أنه لايعرف العيش بدون صراعات وعندما لايبدو أن امامنا معارك معلنة اليوم فأن هناك معارك محتمة ستقع غداً. فمنذ أن علمنا الأستاذ ميشيل عفلق السير على هذا الطريق في العمل السياسي لم نعد نعرف العيش بدون صراع .. واذا كنت لاترى من جانبك معركة قادمة .. فأني أراها من المكان الذي أتطلع منه الى أنفسنا والعالم.. لكنني لا أستطيع أن احدد من أي اتجاه ستكون هذه الحرب الأتية .. أو ضد من ستقع. فعدم القدرة على العيش بدون صراعات قد تكون هي الدافع للتفتيش عن عدو أو حتى لصناعة العدو..وحادث المستنصرية يمكن أن يكون مثالاً من أمثلة صناعة العدو .

ففي ١ نيسان من عام ١٩٨٠ أعلنت السلطة نجاة طارق عزيز نائب رئيس الوزراء من محاولة لاغتياله أدت الى أصابته بجروح وأدت كذلك الى جرح عدد من الطلاب والطالبات سرد الحادث فؤاد مطر نقلاً عن مصادر حكومية في كتابه :

Saddam The Man The cause and the Future

إن أقسى أمر يتعرض له إنسان في هذه الدنيا أن يُنتزع من أرضه وداره قسرا بغير حق وتحت تهديد السلاح دون أي ذنب اقترفه سوى أنه ينتمي لقومية ومذهب معينين. وهذا العمل البربري الهمجي يعتبر بحق تطهيرعرقي بآمتياز و يتعارض مع كل القوانين والأعراف الدولية حيث أقرت الفقرة الثانية من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان مايلي:

(لكل إنسان حق التمتع بكافة الحقوق والحريات الواردة في هذا الإعلان دون تمييز بسبب العنصر أو اللون أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين أو الرأي السياسي أو أي رأي آخر دون تفرقة بين الرجال والنساء) علما إن العراق قد وقع على هذا الإعلان وداسه صدام وجلاوزته بأحذيتهم.

إن الجرائم التي ارتكبها حزب البعث الصدامي بحق الشعب العراقي عامة والكورد الفيليين خاصة تتعارض مع أبسط مبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي أقرتها الأمم المتحدة قبل أن تتعارض مع الشريعة الإسلامية السمحاء التي ساوت بين جميع المسلمين من خلال قول رسول الله ص أن (لافضل لعربي على أعجمي ألا بالتقوى) و(المسلمون سواسية كأسنان المشط).

لقد كان الشباب يعزلون ويساقون ألى أماكن مجهولة إيغالا في التنكيل العنصري ولا يعرف مصيرهم حتى هذه الساعة . وقد بلغ عددهم أكثر من 20 ألف شاب غيبهم ذلك النظام الفاشي في زنزانات الموت ثم آختفت آثارهم إلى هذا اليوم.

لقد كان الشخص الفيلي محروما طوال حياته من كل حقوق المواطنة تحت نير الحكم الصدامي . وما أن يكمل مرحلة الدراسة الإبتدائية حتى تبدأ المضايقات والمتابعات الأمنية له . فهو (مجرم) في نظر النظام بدون أن يرتكب أي ذنب. وإذا حصل على ماتسمى (شهادة الجنسية العراقية) بشق الأنفس وبعد مراجعات طويلة شاقة تُذيل بكلمتي:

(التبعية الإيرانية) ومعنى ذلك إنه يحرم من كافة حقوقه كعراقي. حتى شهادة سياقة السيارة فإنها ممنوعة عليه. وتبقى ذريته من بعده تحمل صفة ( التبعية الإيرانية ) إلى يوم يبعثون. وهذا مالم يقم به حتى نظام الفصل العنصري في جنوب أفريقيا آنذاك.

لقد عاث أوغاد البعث في الأرض فسادا في تجربتين للحكم في العراق أولها في ذلك الانقلاب الدموي الأسود يوم الثامن من شباط عام 1963م حيث تم القضاء على قادة ثورة 14 تموز العظيمة التي أخرجت العراق من النفوذ الأجنبي وقتل الحزب الفاشي آلاف المواطنين وزج آلافا أخرى في سجونه الرهيبة وقتل الزعيم الوطني عبد الكريم قاسم وضباط ثورة الرابع عشر من تموز وأخفيت جثامينهم الطاهرة، وترك الزعيم الدنيا ولم يملك أو يترك من حطام الدنيا شيئا.

ثم عادوا للمرة الثانية في 17 تموزام 1968م بعد تخطيط غادر مع عبد الرزاق النايف وإبراهيم الداود .

ويسرد الصحفي حمدي لطفي في مجلة المصور في تحقيقه الصحفي خلال زيارته بغداد قصة الانقلاب فيقول : (ان الانقلاب كان أسهل من شربة ماء حيث تولى ابراهيم الداود قائد الحرس الجمهوري والذي أصبح وزيرا للدفاع بعد الانقلاب السيطرة على القصر الجمهوري كل ما فعله كان شيئا بسيطا فقد جعل مدفعية الدبابات تستدير نحو القصر وكان عبد الرزاق النايف يقوم بالقيادة. والسيطرة.) وقد قابل الشعب العراقي انقلاب 17 تموز بالقلق البالغ وعدم الارتياح، بسبب التاريخ الدموي للبعثيين عندما جاءوا إلى الحكم إثر انقلاب 8 شباط الفاشي عام 1963، واغرقوا البلاد بالدماء، واستباحوا حرمات المنازل، وزجوا بمئات الألوف من الوطنيين في غياهب السجون، ومارسوا أبشع أساليب التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي ضدهم، وفصلوا عشرات الألوف من أعمالهم، ووظائفهم، ومدارسهم، وكلياتهم، وصفوا كل مكاسب ثورة الرابع عشر من تموز المجيدة.

وفي الوقت نفسه شعر البعثيون بالضعف، بسبب ابتعاد جماهير الشعب عنهم، ودفعهم خوفهم من فقدان السلطة إلى اللجوء إلى الأساليب الوحشية والعنيفة لإخافة القوى العسكرية والسياسية، ومنعها من القيام بأي تحرك ضد سلطتهم، وقد توجوا عملهم ذلك بحملة إعدامات وحشية لعدد من المواطنين، بتهمة التجسس للأجنبي وتعليقهم بصورة وحشية في ساحة التحرير، فقد أعدم البعثيون 29 ضابطاً وضابط صف رمياً بالرصاص، بالإضافة إلى 12 مدنياً أُعدموا شنقاً.

كما أقدم البعثيون على إعدام 77 ضابطاً، في 7 شباط 1969، بتهمة الاشتراك في محاولة انقلابية مزعومة بقيادة الزعيم الركن عبد الغني الراوي، شريكهم في جريمة انقلاب 8 شباط 1963، والذي تمكن من الأفلات والهرب إلى إيران.

لقد جرت حملة الإعدامات تلك، بعد محاكمات صورية سريعة، من قبل طه ياسين رمضان الملقب بالجزراوي، ولقبه الشعب العراقي بالجزار، وبمعيته عدد من أعضاء القيادة القطرية للحزب، وجميعهم لا يحملون أية صفة قانونية، وخلال دقائق معدودة كانت المحاكمات تجري وتصدر أحكامها، وتنفذ الإعدامات بالضباط المتهمين بالمحاولة الانقلابية المزعومة، وقد ظهر بعد ذلك أن العديد من أولئك المعدومين ثبت عدم تورطهم بأية محاولة انقلابية، وتم إرسال رسائل اعتذار إلى ذويهم.!!!

وبصرف النظر عن صحة أو كذب وقوع تلك المحاولة، فقد كان هدف البعثيين إفهام القوى السياسية والعسكرية أن حزب البعث سوف يضرب بيدٍ من حديد كل من يفكر بالتصدي لحكمه، أو معارضته. وتمت محاولتا إغتيال لقتل عبد الرزاق النايف فشلت في الأولى حيث جرحت زوجته ونجحت في الثانية في لندن وإبراهيم الداود يعيش منفيا في الأردن ثم السعودية ويكتب مذكراته عن الغدر البعثي الصدامي حيث يقول في مقطع من هذه المذكرات الطويلة:

(كان ذلك في 30 تموز يوليو 1968. نفذت قيادة البعث قراراً كانت اتخذته قبل يومين من استيلائها على السلطة في 17 من الشهر نفسه حيث دخل صدام حسين وصلاح عمر العلي بالرشاشات الى مكتب الرئيس احمد حسن البكر. وشهرا السلاح في وجه رئيس الوزراء عبدالرزاق النايف ودفعاه الى المنفى. وفي اليوم نفسه ابلغ عضو مجلس قيادة الثورة وزير الدفاع الفريق الركن ابراهيم الداود خلال وجوده في عمان، بتجريده من كل مناصبه. حاول العودة عنوة فهددوا بإسقاط طائرته ودفعوه الى المنفى.)

ويقول طارق الأيهمي في مذكراته:

(إذا كنت قد قرأت تأريخ العراق، لا تستغرب بما يحدث اليوم على الساحة العراقية من أحداث دامية، ذهب ضحيتها آلاف إن لم نقل ملايين من الشعب، بسبب رعونة وغباء البعض من هم تصدروا لقيادته، والمأساة الذي يعيشها العراق اليوم، لا تقل بكثيرٍ عما كان يعيشها بالأمس، هذا ما سوف أستشهد به من خلال ما سأنتقيه من مذكرات شخوص كانت لهم قيادات رئيسية في البلد، ومهمة هذا البحث، هي الوقوف على حقيقة من بذروا بذور الطائفية في جسد المجتمع العراقي.

كان موسم زرع تلك البذور نهاية عقد الستينات وبداية عقد السبعينات،عندما بزغ فجر اليوم الأسود من تموزعام 1968، وخرج زبانية البعث من جحورهم، فقادوا انقلابهم الأسود فجر السابع عشر من تموز، وتسلطوا على رقاب الشعب، وسأذكر مقولة لوالدي رحمه الله صبيحة ذلك اليوم المشؤوم حال سماعه نبأ تغيير سلطة عبد الرحمن عارف رئيس العراق عن طريق اتصالاته المباشرة مع أحد قادة ألانقلاب وكان صديقه الحميم وجاره الودود إبراهيم آل داود، وكانت نص مقولته يرد بها على صديقه الحميم أثناء المحادثة وهي الآتي:

(لقد وضعتم أنفسكم وإيانا بموضع الحرج مع شعب لا يستحق ما سيفعلونه به من هلاك لا يعلمه إلا الله، لماذا هذا التحالف مع صبية معلوم تأريخهم لدينا والمقصود بالصبية حزب البعث وعلى رأسهم أحمد حسن البكر وصدام حسين وبطانته ، فكان رد إبراهيم الداود على ما قاله والدي فيه شيء من الانفعال والعصبية (لا سبيل لنا لإنقاذ العراق لما يعاني من إضطرابات سياسية إلا في هذا التحالف) فأجابه الوالد:

(أبارك لكم والعراق لما سيناله من دمار، لكن أوصيك بأن تأخذ وصحبك الحيطة والحذر، مِنْ غدر مَنْ حالفتموهم) ولم يمض على مقولة هذه الوصية سوى ثلاثة عشر يوما، حتى تمت تصفية إبراهيم آل داود ونخبة الأشراف بإبعادهم عن العراق، وعاشوا مهجرين إلى يومنا هذا.)

في وقد بعثت زوجة عبد الرزاق النايف برسالة إلى صدام تقول في جزء منها:

( لابد لهذا الليل من آخر وان هذه الغمة التي خيمت على العراق ستنقشع إن عاجلاً أو آجلاً وسيؤخذ الظالمون بالنواصي والإقدام حيث لا ينفع الندم، ولات ساعة مندم ولقد عرف الشعب العراقي ألوان الطغيان وشهد عدداً من الطغـــاة، ولكن مصيرهم كان جميعاً المهاوي السحيقة تلاحقهم اللعنة إلى أبد الآبدين وسيعلم الذين ظلموا أي منقلب ينقلبون.

وختاماً لا بد لي من القول ان توجيه الرصاص على امرأة بريئة لغرض قتلها لا يتفق مطلقاً مع شهامة ونخوة شعبنا العربي، ولكن ما العمل وكل ما استطيع أن أعبر عنه الآن اقتدي بقول الشاعر:

إذا أنت أكرمت الكريم ملكته وان أنت أكرمت اللئيم تمردا - لمياء النايف. - زوجة عبدالرزاق النايف. رئيس وزراء العراق السابق.

ومن الأمور التي يجب أن نتوقف عندها إن بعض أعضاء مجلس النواب العراقي الحالي مازال يطلق أسم (حزب البعث العربي الأشتراكي)على هذه العصابة ويطالب بعودته إلى الحياة السياسية. وما هو إلا منظمة سرية فاشية عنصرية قامت بجرائم منكرة تستهجنها حتى وحوش الغاب ولم يرتكب جرائمه أشد قطاع الطرق وحشية ودموية وهمجية. فأي بعث وأية اشتراكية هذه التي تثير قرف واستهجان واحتقار كل إنسان حر شريف في هذا العالم ؟ ولا يمكنني أن أتصور أن إنسانا يملك ضميرا حيا، وعقلا راجحا وله مصداقية مع نفسه ومجتمعه ويميز بين الحق والباطل ويتجاهل تلك الجرائم الوحشية التي ارتكبها هذا الحزب الفاشي الدموي بحق الكورد الفيليين وستبقى تلك الجرائم النكراء وصمة عار كبرى على جبين مرتكبيها على مر التأريخ.

إن تلك الجرائم النكراء سيتناقلها العراقيون جيلا بعد جيل لا يمكن أن يسدل عليها الستار من خلال مقولة (عفا الله عما سلف) التي آستغلها هذا الحزب الفاشي للعودة إلى الحكم من جديد وآستعمال نفس أساليب البطش التي آستعملها عبر تأريخه الأسود. وأخاطب الذين يدافعون اليوم عن هذا الحزب الفاشي أي نظام عنصري في العالم تجرأ واستولى على بيوت مواطنيه وممتلكاتهم وغيب شبابهم وهجرهم في أقسى الظروف إلى دولة مجاورة بحجة التبعية الإيرانية؟ وهل ترضى القيم والمثل والأخلاق العربية التي طالما تتمشدقون بها تلك الجرائم الوحشية ؟ وأين أنتم من الأخلاق العربية الأصيلة التي تكرم الضيف وتغيث الملهوف ؟ ومن الذي أعطى الحق لنظام فردي غاشم قفز إلى السلطة في ليلة ظلماء لكي يوزع شهادات الوطنية على مواطنيه ؟

ومن شر البلية أن ترتفع أصوات هؤلاء السياسيين الذين طالما تمرغوا على أعتاب ذلك النظام الفاشي المقبور، وآشتركوا في موائده المحرمة. يدعون إن المصالحة الوطنية لاتتم إلا بإلغاء قانون المساءلة والعدالة .وضحاياه من المحظوظين مازالوا يعيشون في مخيمات نائية لاتليق بالبشر إذا لم يغيبوا في المقابر الجماعية المنتشرة في مجمل مساحة العراق الجريح . وهناك من أزلام النظام المقبور اشتروا المصانع والشقق المفروشة في دول الجوار، ويتمتعون بأموال سرقوها من قوت الفقراء ويرفعون عقيرتهم من فضائيات فتحت لهم أبوابها على مصراعيها ليهددوا ويرعدوا ويزبدوا بأنهم سيستولون على الحكم بالقوة كما فعلوا في المرات السابقة وقد وضعوا أيديهم بأيدي عتاة المجرمين من القاعدة وداعش وغيرها وأوغلوا في الدم العراقي البريئ، وسفكوا دماء العراقيين ، وأخذوا يلقبون أنفسهم ب (حزب العوده) ولم يعتذروا يوما عن جرائمهم السابقة لابل زادوا على جرائمهم جرائم أخرى أشد هولا وفضاعة من جرائمهم السابقة وهناك من يطلق عقيرته بحجة إنهم (كوادر علمية) ألا بئس لتلك الكوادر العلمية التي تلطخت أياديها بدماء الأبرياء. وهل الذين منحت لهم الألقاب العلمية مجانا من قبل ذلك النظام لقاء عمالتهم له على حساب المسحوقين هم من الكوادر العلميه أيها المنافقون؟ والأدهى والأمر أن تطلق هذه الدعوات اليوم من أعضاء يحضرون كل ستة أشهر مرة واحدة ألى قاعة البرلمان ليحيكوا دسائسهم ويشاركوا في تعطيل كل قانون يصب في صالح الشعب العراقي، ويتقاضون عشرات الملايين من الدنانير شهريا ولهم الكثير من الإمتيازات لاتتوفر لرؤساء دول وضحايا ذلك النظام مشردون في المنافي ومنهم الأطباء والعلماء الأدباء والكتاب والشعراء. أليست هذه مصيبة كبرى يادعاة المصالحة مع القتلة والمجرمين الذين عاثوا في الأرض فسادا وما زالوا سادرين بغيهم وسلوكهم الهمجي العدواني؟

أن الجرائم التي ارتكبها سيدكم المقبور وحزبه الفاشي قد مضى عليها زمن طويل في نظركم ويجب أن تسقط .!!

أقول لكم ويقول لكم كل مواطن عراقي شريف:

أن حزب البعث الفاشي لايختلف في عنصريته ودمويته وإجرامه عن الحزب النازي في ألمانيا ولا عن الحزب الفاشستي في إيطاليا أبان الحرب العالمية الثانية ولا عن الخمير الحمر في كمبوديا ولا عن التوتسي في رواندا ولا عن عتاة الصرب في يوغسلافيا السابقة ولا عن الصهاينة وجرائمهم في فلسطين وغزه ولا عن الجنجويد والبشير وعصاباتهما في دارفور سواء آعترفتم بذلك أم لم تعترفوا.

The Great Egyptian Legend Professor Ali Mustafa Mosharafa

 

“I cannot believe that Mosharafa is dead, he is alive through his researches. We are in need of his talents, it is a great loss, and he was a genius. I used to follow up his researches in atomic energy; definitely he is one of the best scientists in physics.”
By these words Albert Einstein expressed his sorrow on the death of his friend and colleague Mustafa Mosharafa.


Mosharafa was born on the 11th of July, 1898 in Damietta. Members of his family were known of their piety and interest in science. His father was a religious scholar who belonged to the school of Jamal Al-Din Al-Afghani and Mohammed Abdou, so he was raised from his early beginning in deep relation with the Quran and since his childhood he used to link science with the presence of God.

Mustafa was the youngest student in his class, but the most knowledgeable. His teachers used to call him “Sir” for his profound knowledge and character. He obtained his primary certificate in 1910 ranking first nationwide although his father died one month before his exams. At the age of 16 he obtained his Baccalaureate in 1914, being the youngest student at that time to be awarded such a certificate. He preferred to enroll in the Teachers’ College rather than the faculties of Medicine or Engineering due to his deep interest in mathematics. He graduated in 1917. Due to his excellence in mathematics, the Egyptian Ministry of Education sent him to England where he obtained BSc (Honors) from the University of Nottingham, then the Egyptian University consented to grant Mosharafa another scholarship to complete his doctorate. During his stay in London many of his scientific researches were published in prominent scientific magazines. He obtained a PhD in 1923 from the Royal College of London in the shortest possible time permissible according to the regulations there. In 1924 he was awarded Doctorate of Science DSc (the greatest academic degree in Sciences), the first Egyptian and 11th scientist in the entire world to obtain such degree.

When the Egyptian University was opened in 1925, he became an assistant professor of mathematics in the Faculty of Science because he was under the age of 30, the minimum age required for fulfilling the post of a professor. His promotion to professor was raised in the Parliament chaired, then, by Saad Zaghloul. The Parliament lauded his qualifications and merits which surpassed those of the English dean of the faculty. In 1926 he was promoted to Professor.
He was the first Egyptian professor of applied mathematics, the Faculty of Science. Then he became dean of the faculty in 1936.
The American broadcast announced him as one of seven scientists in the world who knew the secrets of atom structure. He also wrote a book on the theory of relativity translated into English, French and German. It was reprinted in the USA. He produced around 15 scientific books about relativity, mathematics, atom and space invasion. His most important books are: – - We and Science – Science and Life – Atom and Atomic Bomb – Scientific Claims – Engineering in Pharaohs Times.
Mosharafa was one of the distinguished few who were in close contact with the great scientist Einstein, as he enriched Einstein’s theory on relativity.
He was keen on disseminating public scientific awareness, and wrote several articles and books for the public about science in simple forms, he also contributed in a lot of social organizations.

“Egypt & Europe Magazine” published a cartoon of him standing between Russia and the USA holding in his hands rolled paper, and both super-powers awaiting him to unfold the secrets of science. Mustafa believed that the Egyptian desert is rich in uranium and he considered the desert to be the second richest source after the river Nile of national income and raw materials.

He participated in establishing the students and professors association, he was one of its activists until he became its president , he made it like a parliament including within it the best amongst students and professors , giving amazing examples for freedom of speech and how different issues could be discussed in a civilized manner.

He accepted, for the first time, students from other Arabic countries and he said “the national restrictions and sexual discrimination is nothing but satanic ways used to distribute hatred and envy between the harmonic hearts “. In the year 1950 Mustafa Mosharafa died in unclear circumstances that point to be murdered by the hands of the global Zionist movement whose reaction was not much different towards his clever student Dr. Sameera Moussa.

Sameera Moussa: World-renowned Egyptian Nuclear Scientist

There are so few female scientists in the world, and particularly in Africa, that I had to talk about Sameera Moussa, the world-renowned Egyptian nuclear scientist. Sameera Moussa held a doctorate in atomic radiation, specializing on making the medical use of nuclear technology affordable to all. She organized the Atomic Energy for Peace Conference and sponsored a call for setting an international conference under the banner “Atom for Peace,” where many prominent scientists were invited. The conference made a number of recommendations for setting up a committee to protect against nuclear hazards, for which she strongly advocated.

Sameera was born in the Gharbia Governorate in Egypt in 1917. After she lost her mother to cancer, she vowed to study how to better medicine through science. She went on the join the faculty of Sciences at the University of Cairo, where she earned a BSc in Radiology in 1939, with first class honors. She became a remarkable faculty, and the first woman to hold a university post. Being the first to obtain a Ph.D. degree in atomic radiation, she earnestly sought to make nuclear treatment to everyone. She used to say: “I’ll make nuclear treatment as available and as cheap as aspirin.” She worked hard for this purpose and throughout her intensive research, she came up with a historic equation that would help break the atoms of cheap metals such as copper, ultimately paving the way for a cheap nuclear bomb. Sameera also volunteered to help treat cancer patients at various hospitals especially since her mother went through a fierce battle against this disease.

Later on, Sameera received a Fullbright scholarship to study at modern research facilities at the California University. In recognition for her pioneering nuclear research, she was given permission to visit the secret US atomic facilities. The visit raised vehement debate in the United States Academic and Scientific circles since Sameera was the first “alien” to have access to such facilities.

She turned down several offers that required her to live in the United States and be granted American citizenship, saying “Egypt, my dear homeland, is waiting for me.” On August 5th, 1952 after her first visit to America she intended to return home, but was invited on another trip. On the way, the car rushed down from a height of 40 feet, which killed her immediately. The mystery surrounding her accident, since the invitation to California, made people suspicious and many believe that it was a planned assassination.

Her death is shrouded in conspiracy. In ’52, she was invited on a trip to an atomic facility whilst in the US. This invitation later turned out to be a fake and her driver was discovered to have been using a false identity. On the way to her supposed destination, her car plummeted from a height of 40 feet and she died almost immediately; the corpse of driver was missing as he presumably jumped from the car before impact. Unsurprisingly, many have banded this ‘accident’ a planned assassination, some pointing fingers at the Israeli Mossad.

Today, Sameera has been awarded several prizes (the 1953 honor by the Egyptian Army, and the 1981 Order of Science and Arts by , but most importantly she has paved the way for Egyptian and African women scientists. It feels so great to know that back in the 1930s, and 1950s, when there were people like Enrico Fermi, Albert Einstein, Maria Gobstopper-Mayer, there was also Sameera Moussa, an outstanding Egyptian Female scientist who thought of ‘Atoms for Peace’ and wanted cheap treatments for all.

Muslim Ban is " un-American and unconstitutional "

While some among us attempt to delude themselves into thinking that we live in a post-racial society, with each passing day it become abundantly clearer that this concept is a farce. Racial tensions are increasing throughout the nation, and negative attitudes towards minorities have exacerbated substantially, with many thanks due to those who misuse religious principles to gain political power while simultaneously backing racist arguments and ideas.

For example, take hate-mongering administrative and senior advisory team of the newly elected republican president Donald Trump who for their nasty hidden agenda have attracted large evangelical Christian followers and far-right white supremacists just to destroy more than 60 years of American civil liberty success story? Many of us watch the ceremonies surrounding the presidential executive orders on Muslim ban and are left scratching our heads, trying to understand what about profanity and hate speech is so enticing to devoted members the Christian faith.

While the exact scope and meaning of the executive order continues to be deciphered, on its face and as applied to date, Trump's order appears to violate several international treaties ratified by the US, some provisions of which have been incorporated into US law and cited as binding by the US Supreme Court. In particular, the order seems to fly in the face of the 1967 Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees which updated the post-World War II Refugee Convention of 1951, and other international human rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, religion, or national origin.

One of the reasons international law is so valuable is because the international community of nations has developed it as protection against such abuses, both in our country and around the world, often in the name of national security. International law has learned from the past and made explicit that none of these violations can be excused by an appeal to national security, nor should they be permitted by an appeal to xenophobia.

The United Nations Refugee Convention requires that the US provide protection and safe haven to those facing persecution. By shutting the door to refugee admissions whether temporarily or indefinitely, Trump's order flagrantly violates that core obligation. This order also breaks with the long US tradition and history (with some abhorrent exceptions that should never be repeated) of opening its doors to refugees.

The UN High Commissioner for Refugees and International Migration Organization noted this proud tradition in a joint statement in reaction to the executive order. "The long-standing US policy of welcoming refugees has created a win-win situation: it has saved the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the world who have in turn enriched and strengthened their new societies," the statement read. "The contribution of refugees and migrants to their new homes worldwide has been overwhelmingly positive."

President Trump has further publicly and falsely stated that his order will protect our national security. But the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, acknowledging states' legitimate interests in maintaining public security and combating terrorism, has warned against the effects of making exceptions, or, in his words, "the erosion of long-standing refugee protection principles". While the order doesn't bar all Muslims from entering the US, barring immigration entry from seven majority-Muslim countries, especially when paired with his national security team's record of Islamophobia, leaves no doubt that Muslims are the target of this order. While Trump's order places a moratorium on refugee admissions and an indefinite halt on resettling refugees from Syria, the order leaves an exception for "religious minorities". And while the order's language is neutral, the president stated in a recent interview with the Christian Broadcasting Company that he wants to provide priority to Christian refugees.

But President Trump's un-American and unconstitutional action doesn't just violate the Refugee Convention - it flies in the face of other sources of international law that bind us. The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, or ICERD, to which the US is bound, requires states parties to "guarantee the right of everyone, without distinction as to race, color, national or ethnic origin, to equality before the law."

US violations of this treaty precede the Trump administration, and have already been so flagrant and obvious that nearly identical concerns were addressed by the ICERD's committee after 9/11. The Committee expressed concern at the US government's discriminatory anti-terrorism measures and remarked that "measures taken in the fight against terrorism must not discriminate, in purpose or effect, on the grounds of race, color, descent, or national or ethnic origin."

The one must wonder if the Republicans are getting paid to write propaganda for ISIS. Anyone works for ISIS would probably consider cutting the republican leadership a check or at least a thank you card for all the hard work they’ve been doing, helping create the narrative that the United States is so anti-Muslim, so consumed with hatred with all things Islam, that they can’t even tell the difference between bad guys like ISIS and the victims who are trying to find safety, i.e. the Syrian refugees. If I were trying to stoke the Us vs. Them narrative that ISIS uses to recruit people to join their apocalyptic war-mongering cult, I would argue that “the West” hates the ordinary Muslim as much as the ISIS fighter, so you might as well be the latter. But why should ISIS bother writing that propaganda, when Republicans are willing to do it for them?

The rush on the right to blame the Syrian refugees for the attacks in Europe has been breathtaking in its racism, and thoughtlessness. The excuse for the hysteria is that ISIS could be hiding wannabe terrorists in the ranks, and that justifies keeping them all out. This argument makes no sense, of course. Most, if not all, of the terrorists in Europe were European nationals. Meanwhile, the refugees are people who are trying to survive and many of them are trying not to be forced to fight. Blaming them only makes sense if you have an irrational fear and hatred of Muslims.

Of course, a lot of Americans, particularly in the conservative base, do have an irrational fear and hatred of Muslims, and so Republicans—who clearly see civil war, terrorism, and a humanitarian crisis mostly as an opportunity to score political points with the base—are pandering as hard as they can. Republican governors are rushing forward to say they will not allow Syrian refugees to enter their states. Most Republican presidential candidates picked up the same message, that the way to fight ISIS is to refuse its victims shelter.

While the cover story is fear of sleeper agents, the rhetoric shows that the real purpose of this is to stoke hatred of Muslims and feed the Christian right’s narrative about how this is a war between Christianity and Islam, starting with the argument, originating with Ted Cruz, that it would be okay to take in Christian refugees, but not Muslim ones.
Mike Huckabee went on Fox News and, in a stunningly overt bit of racism, sneered, “It’s time to wake up and smell the falafel.” Get it? They eat “weird” food and so they shouldn’t be allowed to live here! Did you know that many of these people have seen entire city blocks wiped out with bombs and have watched loved ones die in front of their eyes? But, weird food!

Chris Christie bragged that New Jersey won’t even accept “orphans under age 5.” Because this is not and never was about legitimate fears of terrorism, but about stoking right-wing hatred of Muslims, even those who aren’t even old enough for school yet.
Many experts rushed forward to immediately explain that states don’t have a right to simply ban huge swaths of legal immigrants from living in their state, but it’s doubtful that any of these governors actually intended to try. It’s all posturing for the cameras, showing the conservative base that you hate and fear Muslims just as much as they do.
Luckily for ISIS, the propaganda that works for the Christian right works just as perfectly for ISIS! The only people who want a “clash of civilizations” between Christianity and Islam more than conservative Christians is ISIS, which is, at its heart, an apocalyptic cult that wants to conquer the non-believers, both non-Muslims and Muslims who have a different take on Islam than ISIS fundamentalists do. So, let us give big ups from ISIS to every conservative who feeds the ISIS narrative with their hysterical anti-Muslim bleating.

A lot of ISIS propaganda bashes refugees, telling them that true Muslims should move to the caliphate. Luckily for ISIS, Christian conservatives agree that the Syrian refugees should go home. It is a Fact that ISIS and the Republicans are working together to terrorize Syrian refugees. Nothing brings disparate people together like hate, I guess.
ISIS holds some territory, but at its heart, it’s an idea: A twisted interpretation of Islam, coupled with an aggressive plan of terrorism and conquest. ISIS fights with bombs and guns made by the west, sure, but its main weapon is propaganda. The strategy is to convince people, mostly oppressed Muslims, to buy into the ISIS bullshit about some epic world-changing showdown, which definitely involves the West vs. ISIS. And so Republicans are giving them a gift: The more hate they pile on Muslims, the easier it is for ISIS to argue to potential recruits that peace is not possible and so all-out war is all there is left.

The way to fight propaganda is to get smart, persuasive counter-messages out there. The United States needs to get the word out that ISIS kills Muslims (which they do, in great numbers), but the U.S. helps save Muslim lives. The best way to do this is to take in Syrian refugees and to be faithful to its longstanding policy as the leader of the free world and the founder of the bill of rights. It’s not just the right thing to do, but it’s just smart politics. It shows that we reject, whole-heartedly, the ISIS narrative about clash of civilizations, and that we want peace and unity between peace-loving people everywhere. We can’t accomplish this goal while refusing to treat Syrian refugees like human beings in need of help, which is what they are.

If you care about breaking ISIS up and reducing violence, the first step is to take Syrian refugees gladly, to show that we are better and more moral and more peaceable than our enemies. Republicans refuse to do this; instead feeding the ISIS propaganda machine and helping them recruit more people with their hate. Looking over the landscape, it’s hard not to conclude that given a choice between saving lives—not just Muslim lives, but the American lives that will be lost if this conflict escalates—and scoring political points against the Democrats, they will score their points rather than save lives.

The international community has seen this before, and it has wisely created mechanisms to stop history from repeating itself. International companies, academic institutions, and even the international air transport association have raised serious concerns regarding the detrimental impact of the order on their staff and ability to conduct business. Even Trump's own employees took a bold and public stance against the ban.

Trump's Muslim ban has enraged world leaders and was condemned by UN officials. The secretary general of the UN, Antonio Guterres, said that Trump's executive actions "violate our basic principles … [and] are not effective if the objective is to indeed avoid terrorists to enter the United States."

Additionally, several UN human rights experts issued a joint statement blasting Trump's immigration ban as discriminatory and in violation of US human rights obligations. It shouldn't take the chancellor of another country or the top refugee and human rights officials in the world to tell President Trump that fear and xenophobia are no excuse for discrimination.
But if he won't listen to the UN or Chancellor Merkel or concerned companies, academic institutions, transport associations, human rights organizations, and over 100 diplomats, maybe he should listen to former US President Ronald Reagan, supposedly a hero of his. In 1980, a year after the Refugee Act was signed into law, the new president, just a few months into his presidency, re-affirmed the US' commitment to welcome the exiled.
"We shall continue America's tradition as a land that welcomes peoples from other countries," he said. "We shall also, with other countries, continue to share in the responsibility of welcoming and resettling those who flee oppression."
